Ordered on 8/21, recieved an email on 9/2 that she was having her daughter make the necklace and I should get it with a week. On 9/21 I sent an email asking about the necklace and on 9/25 she replied that it was sent out on 9/21. I would assume that there was a slip up on who was making it or something. I have not recieved the necklace yet, that was for a gift at the begining of September. I will repost when I see the quality, but not a website to use if you need this for a gift or in a hurry.
I received the necklace and it was beautiful. I would order from them again but never if I needed it in any sort of time frame. I did like how their website talked about the lead in crystals, which I think many people do not think about.
